About Radhika Rao Photography

Hello, I'm Radhika Rao, a portrait photographer living and working in Hong Kong.
I shoot family and individual portraits—children, babies and mums-to-be.

I prefer to work with families in the comfort of their own homes as children are more relaxed in their usual environment. That's especially true of younger ones who may find a studio session quite frightening.

I focus on natural light photography, by combining high-quality digital imaging with available light and specialised lighting techniques I aim to create images with contrast, depth and spirit. I bring additional lighting and simple backgrounds with me to ensure that—even on overcast days—we are still able to produce beautiful images.

All my photographs are shot in high-resolution digital format, giving clients a choice of colour, black and white, or sepia-toned images.
